Charlie Hilton, known up until now for her work in the band Blouse, has begun to forge a new pathway into her solo career, with plans to release her debut album Palana next month.
Today, we got our second official taste of Palana (you can listen to the album’s first single ‘Pony’ here), with Hilton sharing her new single ‘100 Million’ which features one of the most lovable lunatics in music, Mac DeMarco – who sings back-ups and plays every instrument on the track.
The single, which premiered on Pitchfork was produced by Woods‘ Jarvis Taveniere and comes from Charlie’s debut album Palana out Friday 22 January via Captured Tracks / Remote Control Records.
