Brisbane fuzz-punks Whiplash are psyched to announce the release of their debut single ‘Bangkok Dangerous’.
Having already shared the stage with bands like Bleeding Knees Club, Harlem (USA), Amyl and The Sniffers & Fight Ibis, alongside tearing up backyards at countless house parties, the boys are no strangers to getting crowds all riled up. The ‘Bangkok Dangerous’ launch sees Whiplash in their first ever headline show.
Along for the ride are also local punks Coldfish, Guava Lava & Limit of Grip. Tickets $10 on the door, kicks off at 8PM.
This morning, the lineup for the 2018 edition of electro/ pop / hip hop music festival Listen Out was announced, and holy shit it’s very good. Boasting headliners A$AP Rocky, Skepta and the godfather of all that wubwubwub music the kids love these days, Skrillex. (more…)
Since their early origins in 2008, DZ Deathrays have become a household name in the Aussie punk scene. Currently, they are in the middle of a massive national tour in celebration their third studio album ‘Bloody Lovely’, with pals These New South Whales, Clowns & Boat Show.
